The Center for Advanced Research on Emerging Technologies (CARET) launched the Best We Can Be Program in 2011. The goal of Best We Can Be, and related research is to promote student engagement and learning in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) disciplines by providing a supportive learning environment, without fear of failure.
